The vision of Shanti mission is to anchor peace on Earth. Not just a little bit of peace but lots of peace. Peace with hootspa. When we talk of anchoring peace, we mean peace that is firmly grounded, that permeates all aspects of life and that resides in the core of our being no matter what situations or circumstances we may find ourselves in. This dynamic form of peace is what the Shanti Mission wishes for every person, organisation, corporation and nation. 

How will we achieve this all-pervading peace? There are many possible avenues, but the Shanti Youth vision group has a cunning plan. We thought we'd start with our youth...

Imagine if high-school students were taught that they were magnificent; that they held the power to change the world and to enrich the lives of those around them. Imagine if university students were empowered to reach their full potential as leaders and peace ambassadors in every arena of their lives. Awesome?

Now imagine this enriched, whole and empowered group of young people spreading out into their chosen careers. Imagine how they would uplift the organisations and institutions of our society. The entire consciousness of humanity would be altered through this evolution of life's structures. Peace would become the natural state of mind. Before we knew it, humanity would be operating from the consciousness of shanti.   

This is the vision of Shanti Youth.
