Music and the arts provide fantastic opportunities for self-expression, creativity, healing and personal growth. Music and art is valued in all cultures, and it is a powerful way to communicate and connect with others.

Through music and art, we can uplift our spirit, open our heart and go beyond the limitations of our mind.

The Music and Arts Vision Group aims to infuse others with peace and love through music and art. We each month on a Sunday either at Cooranbong or Sydney. Our next meeting dates are posted on this webpage.

Who can join?

If you are passionate about music and / or the arts, then we would love you to get involved in our vision group. You don’t need to be a musician or artist to join.

We also have a Music and Arts ‘Clearing Negative Thoughts’ CD and each Friday morning our group members do this short meditation in the comfort of their own home. Please contact us with your details if you would like a copy of this CD.
