We are all creatures with mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Much disease as well as “unexplainable” and “untreatable” symptoms and conditions become evident when the ability to provide for and balance these needs is not met. Let’s recognise that health is more than just the absence of disease and see that ill health is an opportunity for growth and healing on many levels. Let’s create a system that recognises and nurtures us, providing for healing and maintenance of health of body, mind and spirit.
The health vision group aims to do this by holding a vision of a healthcare system that serves the highest good of all. The uplifting of our healthcare system begins with us whether it is through the power of our thoughts, through visioning, or through commitment to a task that you feel a call towards. Anyone can do this, and what’s more is that we can have fun doing it! Whether you are the CEO of a health organisation, a healthcare worker, someone who’s been treated by our healthcare system or just want to see improvements in the way your loved ones are cared for you can make a difference. It may seem to be a big call, but I urge you not to underestimate what you are capable of. ”Dost thou reckon thyself a puny form, when within thee the universe is folded?”- Imam Ali. And though we work in service of others, the benefits we receive in return are worth more than one could ever buy. Mahatma Ghandi said, “The fragrance always remains in the hand that gives the rose.”
